The Ledger

A lot can get lost between an email landing and someone deciding what to do about it. Above all, time.

The Ledger closes that gap by separating preparation from decision. The team turns each inbound into a card the principal can scan and act on with a single tap, and the call routes automatically back to the team's workspace.

For each card, AI predicts the most likely next steps and creates up to four customizable decision buttons based on the context. The team refines the predictions when needed, so the framing is always right.

Every decision comes down to its core: who's asking, what they want, when they need it, and the handful of ways the principal can move it forward.

03One source of truth

EAs make updates and status changes in Workspace view, or record decisions on behalf of the principal in Proxy view. However you choose to work, everything syncs between users automatically.

04Built to talk to the Atrium

When the principal actions a meeting request, it routes automatically into the Atrium and scheduling logistics begin before they even close the app.
