What we do
Interview the principal and the team running the office. Watch the workflows in real time where possible. Learn the existing tools and documents. Surface the patterns: what's working, what isn't, and where the office is leaking time.
What you get
A written diagnostic of how the office could be optimized, a fixed-price proposal for the Build, and a one-hour walkthrough call where we present the plan to your team for your feedback.
What we need from you
Up to seven hours of your team's time across the two weeks, split between the kickoff call, the tool-by-tool discussions, and the closing walkthrough. The more time you give us, the more bespoke the proposal.
